The Red and Golds are mainly focused on promoting the youth talents into their first team.As a result, they signed their six academy graduates for the senior team.Senior team’s assistant coach Bastab Roy will be in charge of the youth team along with his former duty.

After Jobby Justin’s departure there has been a void in the striker position and it seems that they may not sign any foreigner striker ahead of Calcutta Football League. So, Sarkar who can play as a striker as well as an attacking midfielder will boost the forward line up.
