The club from Karnataka, Bengaluru FC can without any doubt be said to be one of the most successful clubs in Indian Football in the last five-six years. From winning the Hero I-League to reaching the Semi-Finals of the AFC Cup, this club has had no shortage of success in its journey so far but is still hungry for more and more, given that nothing less than the first position fulfills their target lists.

It is quite visible how Bengaluru FC set up their targets, as they played only 3 seasons of the Indian Super League, where they have been the group toppers of the league stage two times, reached the Semi-Finals all three times, reached the Finals twice, and even won it once. But this has only been possible due to the excellent performances from their players.

We of course know that a good midfield and a solid defense is so important for a team to win, but without the strikers scoring the goals upfront, it isn’t possible to win matches. Because, at the end, it’s about all 3 departments combining as a unit to win you matches.

So, let’s have a look at Bengaluru FC’s top goal scorers in their 3 seasons of the ISL:

ISL 2017-2018: Nicolas Fedor (MIKU)

Nicolás Ladislao Fedor Flores, commonly known as Miku was the top scorer for Bengaluru FC in the 2017-18 Season of the Indian Super League, which was also the first season for the Blues in ISL. With 15 Goals in 20 matches, Miku played a massive role in driving Bengaluru through to the Finals of the Hero ISL in their inaugural season.

Bengaluru FC - Miku

Being from Venezuela, Miku was quite a known name in World Football, and he soon became the heart-throb of the Bengaluru FC fans after his excellent performance in the league. Miku though, previously also played in India in a friendly International match for his Nation Venezuela against Lionel Messi’s Argentina. Not only did Miku score goals for Bengaluru but with his sensational performances, he surely won hearts in India, and was a joy to watch for even the neutral Fans watching the game.

ISL 2018-2019: Sunil Chhetri

This man surely needs no introduction as he is one of the biggest names not only in Indian Football but even in Asian Football, and probably also in World Football because this Indian Magician is the 2nd highest Active International Goal Scorer in World Football. Well when he scores so many for the Nation, how can he not be scoring for his own club whom he even steered through to the AFC Cup Finals, with scintillating goals of his own.

With 9 Goals in 19 Games, Sunil Chhetri was the top scorer for Bengaluru FC in their 2nd Season of the ISL, and this time, they, with no disappointment ended the tournament as the Champions of the tournament. Sunil wasn’t far behind in the previous season(2017-18) as well, because even in that season he scored 14 Goals in 21 Matches, which was only one Goal short to Miku’s 15.

ISL 2019-2020: Sunil Chhetri

We all know consistency is the key and who can we expect to be more consistent than our very own Captain-Leader-Legend, Sunil Chhetri. Well, everyone knows Bengaluru didn’t have the best of seasons this time around, as per their own standards but Sunil did not fail to disappoint once again. Even in a season where Bengaluru FC ended their campaign with no trophies in their bag for the first time since their formation, Sunil topped the list of Goal scorers for Bengaluru FC once again. With 9 Goals in 17 matches, Sunil Chhetri was once again the highest Goal Scorer for Bengaluru FC at the end of the league.
