I-League 2nd Division Club Bengaluru United is all set to complete the signing of Churchill Brothers’ forward Bryce Miranda. IFTWC has learned that the 22-year-old winger will join Bengaluru United on loan and will return to Churchill Brothers before the 2021-22 I League season.
The Mumbai-born winger had joined Churchill Brothers ahead of the 2020-21 season after an impressive spell with Income Tax FC. He tallied 10 assists and three goals to his name in the 2019-20 Elite Division, which eventually led to his move to Churchill Brothers. Bryce was also associated with the FC Goa set up as part of their reserve team before making a switch to Income Tax FC. He continued with his good form and registered 1 goal and 3 assists in this season’s I-League.
After a great season with the Churchill Brothers, Bryce Miranda is set to don Bengaluru United’s white and red colors on loan for the I League 2nd division.
Founded in 2018, Bengaluru United currently competes in the I-League 2nd Division. They finished 2nd in the 2019-20 edition of the league and also won the Citrus Ventures BDFA Super Division League a year later. The club also recently announced a strategic partnership with the Spanish club Sevilla FC for the next five years.
Under former Indian center-back and Bengaluru United’s first-team coach Richard Hood, the talented winger will hope to get regular minutes in the second division and develop his skills for the upcoming I-League season.
