9 years ago in 2011, the 16 year old Manipuri boy made his first professional appearance in Manipuri state league and then under local club – NEROCA FC’s youth set-up. Ngasepam Tondonba Singh enjoyed his teenage days playing in every game under Gift Rai Khan’s dominant NEROCA FC who went on to finish second in I-League 2017/18 season, 3 points behind then-champions Punajb FC in their debut season.

It was in April of 2018 when the youngster leaped on to the next phase in his career after penning a 2 year deal with the ISL outfit – Chennaiyin FC. He joined Gregory’s strong backline which played an integral role in winning 2017/18 ISL tittle for the club.

In 2018/19 seson Tondonba appeared in 14 games for Chennaiyin FC who were misfiring throughout the league and AFC Cup competition and played 9 more games in recently concluded season of ISL.

He as now signed a two year contract with Mumbai City FC & idolizes Marcelo, and has been a left back since his early days.

After departure of Subhashis Bose from Mumbai City FC, ‘Nanao‘ as affectionately called by his loved ones, will be performing Mumbai’s left back duties and will look forward to fill the huge shoes of Subhashis.
