Aizawl FC to rope in former Punjab FC and Mohammedan Sporting gaffer, Yan Law for the remainder of the season. The present Minerva Academy Coach is set to replace the Indian coach Stanley Rozario.
Stanley Rozario and Aizawl FC parted ways after Rozario had some family commitments ( daughter’s marriage) to fulfill.
Stanley Rozario was with the club since 2018-19 I league season. Under him they won the MPL in 2019-20.
Yan Law, who hails from Calcutta started his career as a player for George Telegraph, but was sent by a senior official to get the AFC D license while at the age of 18.
Yan Law is one of the youngest coach to obtain the AFC A license by the age of 26.
He joined as the head coach of Punjab FC in the year 2019, after impressing the then owner, Mr Ranjit Bajaj. He then joined Mohammedan Sporting on July, 2020 but parted aways in October,2020.He then joined Techtro Swades United FC.
While his tenure as a coach he helped the Minerva Academy to qualify for the top division of the Punjab league.He also helped Techtro Swades United FC to qualify for the 2nd division of I league.
