Rochharzela of Aizawl FC, the under 23 player from Mizoram is the top Indian goal scorer in the I-league so far with 6 goals in 15 appearances.
The Mizo lad is currently in talks with ISL Kerala Blasters and Northeast United after his stunning performances in I-League for Aizawl.
Rochharzela also known as Chhara, is only 21 years old and is proudly wearing jersey no 7 in his team. He had played 28 games and scored 7 goals in total. Rochharzela is a product of Aizawl FC academy and has played for the club since his career started. He previously played for AFC U18 team and was promoted to the senior team in 2017.
Chhara basically is an attacking mid fielder and Despite joining the senior team only in the 2017-18 season he had so far been giving wonderful performances and has been an assed for the team. He had also scored goals in the previous season and had a good season already so far with 6 amazing goals. In the away match with Real Kashmir he scored two goals and even bagged home the Hero of the Match. Apart from I-League he also played MPL which is the mizoram based football tournament and played great matches too.
And hence, it is not a miracle that he is in talks with some big ISL clubs at the moment. It can be fairly said that the young Mizo boy deserves much more in his career, and will be an asset for whichever club he plays for. Let’s hope to see him play in an ISL club soon, and see more and more stunning performances from the highly talented jersey number 7 of Aizawl, Rochharzela.
