After FC Pune City have shifted to Hyderabad, most of their players are also shifting to Hyderabad. But few of them have opted out. Robin Singh is one them.
IFTWC can confirm that FC Goa are in advance talks with Robin Singh and are closing in on his signing.
Robin started his professional career at East Bengal. He played for them 3 years. In 2014, He joined Bengaluru FC. He stayed there for 2 seasons and scored some crucial goals for them. Then he had short stints with Delhi Dynamos and FC Goa.
In 2017, He again joined East Bengal and stayed there for one year. ATK signed him next season. Robin wasn’t at his best when he played for ATK in 2018. Last season under Phil Brown in FC Pune City, Robin made a comeback. He scored 3 goals and he had 3 assists to his name. His hardwork and dedication was highly appreciated by the FC Pune City head coach.
Robin has played for Indian National Team for various occasions. He made his debut against Maldives in 2012. He has scored goals against Chinese Taipei, Guam, Sri Lanka and Mauritius.
FC Goa have one of the best attacking players in the ISL. Addition of Robin Singh will definitely add another dimension to FC Goa’s attack. It will be interesting to see how things shape up at FC Goa.
