Kibu Vicuña said,

“We wanted to win the game and get the three points. We were the better side in both the halves of the game. We had much more chsnces compared to the opponents although both the teams scored only two. It is difficult to understand, difficult to explain, and difficult to digest, this situation of ours. It is unbelievable to me that we didn’t win tonight.

“I’m satisfied with the way we played. We are playing fancy football, we are creating a lot of chances. But throughout the season we have had the same problem of not finding the balance. We are conceding too much, it is not acceptable to concede two goals in every game. It is always difficult to score goals, but I believe we are good in terms of that. Although we are good in scoring goals, it is unacceptable to concede two goals im every game.”

Kibu Vicuña further asserted that his side deserved to win tonight, although his team is not in a good wave.

Kibu Vicuña continued,

“We didn’t kill the game when we were in lead. They are happy with the draw, they are celebrating the draw. We are very unhappy because we wanted the three points and I think we did more than enough to get those points.”

Kibu Vicuña signed off by saying that Kerala Blasters FC will prepare for the rest of the games in the best way possible.
