The Indian National Team, currently camping in Dubai are all set to face the challenges of Oman and hosts UAE later in this month.
Team India played their last international game way back in 2019 and fans on the other hand are on pins and needles just to catch their heroes take on the pitch after what seemed to be an eternity altogether. There was huge hullabaloo citing to the uncertainty of the international friendlies telecast which led to a huge online fan movement in an effort to get a glimpse of the new revamped Blue Tigers.
Our sources close to the development have informed that the game against UAE which is slated to be played on 29th March 2021, will be televised and the fans can catch the action live on the big screen. Bein sports who are the official broadcaster have allowed the telecast and we can surely expect it to be on TV.
Whereas the one versus Oman is still a bit too uncertain as the match will be held at a neutral venue. It’s also being said that Oman TV has managed to fetch the rights, and likewise the All India Football Federation had approached the channel. There’s a good possibility of this game being telecasted as well. The management is awaiting a response, and they’ve also made a point to get in touch with the Oman Football Association so as to make some plausible arrangements for the game scheduled on 25th March.
Before we jump to any conclusions, in all fairness, AIFF is taking multiple strides and utmost efforts to enable the viewers watch both the matches live. Although, a lot of work goes behind the scenes, on a brighter note, we the fans can surely expect some better things in days to come.
