Gomez will play for Kerala Blasters in the upcoming season

A youth product of AD Huracan, he moved to UD Las Palmas in 2009. After the assignment to the C team, he spent his season with the reserves. He made his debut in the Spanish top-flight(La-Liga) on 22 August 2015 after the club gained promotion on the back of an impressive 2014-15 season’s campaign. On 17th August 2018, he signed for Deportivo De La Coruna.

On 23rd September 2020, Kerala Blasters announced Gomez as their player. A defensive midfielder by the position he will surely be a welcome addition to the club. With the club missing an experienced player in that position his experience will surely help to link the defense and the attack while providing a strong cover in the midfield. The Blasters fans will be waiting to see him in action and become an important part of the team.
