Billu Teli

Billu Telli, who hails from Howrah has made his name while playing for Jamshedpur FC reserves and now has been promoted to the main team. Billu plays as a defender and can play as defensive midfielder as well. Apart from his defensive attributes, Billu is composed player on the ball and can dribble past players.

Billu started his career at the renowned TFA academy and played for the U18 team as well. He was then promoted to the reserve team of Jamshedpur FC. He has been playing for the reserves since past 3 season and now, he has got the opportunity to showcase his talent in the Hero ISL. Billu is not just solid at the back, but also a threat in the opponents box. He scored 4 goals in the I League 2nd division last season. Billu was the captain of the side and clocked all the minutes in the tournament.

Jamshedpur FC were awful at the back last season. They have made some impressive signings this season. Players like Billu will learn a lot from these players and improve themselves. Billu is another star in the making from the famous TFA academy.

Devendra Murgaonkar

FC Goa signed Devendra Murgaonkar from Salgaocar FC for an undisclosed transfer fee. The dynamic forward signed a 3 year deal with the Gaurs.

Devendra started his youth career at the Salgaocar academy. He came through the ranks of former I League champions’ academy. Devendra scored 20 in Goa Pro League 2018-19, couple of more than Ronaldo Oliviera who scored 18 in that season.

Devendra was also part of the Santosh Trophy team of Goa. Before signing for FC Goa, Devendra scored 9 goals for Salgaocar FC in the Goa Pro League. He also played for the Gaurs in the preseason friendly against the Gaurs in a 3-2 thriller. As FC Goa will be playing in the AFC Champions League this season, Devendra will have crucial part to play since only 4 foreigners can play in the AFC Competitions.
