Three time ISL Champions ATK Mohun Bagan have signed Bradden Inman from Brisbane Roar for an undisclosed transfer fee on a one-year deal. The 28-year old Australian midfielder was under radar for a long time. Born in Scotland, Bradden also holds the citizenship of Australia. The versatile midfielder has the ability to play in all midfield position & also as a winger.

Having graduated from the Newcastle United Academy, Bradden spent a major part of his career in the English League One (English 3rd Division).

From Newcastle he was loaned to Crewe Alexandra FC in 2012, where he made his professional career debut in the League Trophy. After a successful season on loan, he signed a three-year deal in 2013 where he remained at the club till 2016. In his stint at Crewe Alexandra he made 96 appearances & scored 15 goals, contributing to 8 goals.

After the overwhelming performance at Crewe Alexandra, he was signed by Peterborough United, which turned out to be an unsatisfactory tenure for him as he played only 11 matches in two years. Due to the less game time offered, he was transfer listed and was sent on loan to Rochdale FC in 2017. Playing as a midfielder, he made 37 appearances scoring 4 goals. He parted ways with his parent club Peterborough United on mutual consent & signed a one-year deal with Rochdale. Inman went on to make 24 appearances and scored 4 times in all competitions.

As a free agent in 2019 he was signed by the A-League side Brisbane Roar on a 2-year deal. Last season in 25 appearances, he scored 4 goals and assisted 7 times.

ATK Mohun Bagan were in search of an extra Asian player in the squad as a backup for their striker David Williams. The Kolkata club will feature in the 2021 AFC Cup, hence adding balance to the squad was an important factor. Bradden has proved himself in League One and A-League with his pressing & distribution ability across the midfield, which will add an extra spark upfront in the team of Coach Antonio Lopez Habas. It will be interesting to see how he makes an impact on-field playing alongside Javi Hernandez, Edu Garcia, Roy Krishna and David Williams.
