Jamshedpur FC will be hosting Kerala Blasters FC in the second fixture of today’s double-header Sunday, at the Tilak Maidan Stadium. The two-time finalists are yet to find their combination in the league, evidently seen in their results. In the past nine matches, the yellow army has only won a single match and has lost five while the spoils were shared in three games. Currently standing at the second last position, Kerala Blasters FC will be looking for nothing less than a win.
On the other hand, Owen Coyle’s men are coming back after a win against Bengaluru FC. This will be the first match of the year for the Red Miners. With 13 points, they stand 5th in the points table, having lost two matches, drawn four and won three out of the nine matches they played.

3 INDIAN PLAYERS TO WATCH OUT FOR
Albino Gomes, Jackichand Singh, T. P. Rehenesh
The Goan shot-stopper has had mixed results this season. He has been both a guardian angel and the opposite. In the last nine matches, Albino has made 28 saves, including some crucial penalty saves. It will be interesting to see his performance against Jamshedpur FC, a team with some prolific goal scorers who will trouble his post.
The 28 year old Indian international is no new name, but surely is someone to watch out for. He has assisted three times this season and Jacki could be lethal if he and Valskis found their form together.
T. P. Rehenesh
The Kerala lad will be facing his former team. Rehenesh is one of the best goalkeepers this season and is definitely coming back from a not so good season with Kerala Blasters last year. The 27 year old keeper has conceded 6 goals and has made 27 saves this season. The custodian is looking steel solid at the back!
3 FOREIGNERS TO WATCH OUT FOR
Nerijus Valskis, Jordan Murray, Facundo Pereyra
The Lithuanian striker plays a pivotal role for the men from the city of steel. Last seasons top scorer is eying for his second golden boot as he is one of the top contendors for the prize. Valskis has netted six goals in nine matches and has paved the way for JFC this season.
Not everything is going well for KBFC but Jordan Murray is definitely not in that list. Murray has scored three goals and assisted once in his outings and is by far, the top scorer for KBFC currently. The Aussie sniper has been providing chances for KBFC along with Facundo and Rahul KP.
The Argentine has been the engine for Kerala Blasters and has created accurate movements in from the midfield. He has been providing long balls and has even added an assist to his name.
Sources hint that Bakary Koné, Costa Nhamoinesu and Nishu Kumar are injured.
Dinliana will be unavailable for Jamshedpur FC due to injuries.
PREDICTED XI FOR BOTH THE TEAMS
HEAD TO HEAD
They’ve gone head to head six times out of which Jamshedpur FC won four times and the spoils were shared during the other two meets.
Jamshedpur FC has scored 10 goals against Kerala Blasters FC and the latter has score 8 against the prior.
Jamshedpur FC are playing after a long gap, which is a good time to rest and prepare but it could take a toll on their momentum and Kerala Blasters FC will be looking for a fierce comeback tonight.
We predict a scored draw tonight.
