30 years old Katsumi Yusa hails from Fukushima, Japan. Katsumi plays as attacking midfielder and can play as winger. Katsumi is known for his fluid passing and creative play.
Katsumi started his career at Sanfrecce Hiroshima which plays in J1 League. Due to lack of opportunities in the first team, he then moved to Zweigen Kanazawa on loan from Sanfrecce Hiroshima.
Katsumi signed for ONGC in 2011. He played around 50 matches and scored 7-8 goals. But he made his name with Kolkata Giants Mohun Bagan. He played nearly 150 matches for Mohun Bagan.
In 2016, Yusa signed for Northeast United. He made his mark instantly when he scored the first goal of ISL 2016. After that season, he moved to East Bengal. This move raised the eye brows of few people. Recently Yusa played for NEROCA FC.
Now after leaving NEROCA FC, Katsumi signs for Chennai City FC. Chennai City FC are set to play AFC Champions League qualifiers next season. So now they have signed experienced campaigner Katsumi Yusa who is eligible to play as 4th foreigner for Chennai City FC In AFC competitions.
