The fourth battle is between a centre-back and a centre-forward. It’s a battle between Sandesh Jhinghan and Mehedi Hasan Royal. Sandesh Jhinghan had an excellent season after coming back from injury. He was part of ATKMB, a team that has the best defence in the league, and as a result, they finished as runners-up in ISL. On the other side, Mehedi Hasan has been influential for Muktijodda SKC. He was heavily involved in the attack as he scored 2 goals and gave 3 assists. Sandesh Jhingan and other defenders will have an uphill task to stop Mehedi Hasan Royal.
1. Sunil Chhetri vs Anisur Rahaman Zico
The final and fifth battle is between Indian Captain Sunil Chhetri and promising Bangladeshi goalkeeper Anisur Rahaman Zico. This has been the worst season for BFC and Sunil Chhetri, but still, he managed to score more goals than any other Indian player as he registered his name on the scoresheet 8 times. On the other side Bangladeshi goalkeeper, Anisur Rahaman Zico, who plays for Bashundra Kings, has managed to keep 13 clean sheets out of 21 games this season in all competitions. It would be interesting to see whether Chhetri regains his 2nd position in the top International goal scorers list or Zico gets better off the Indian attack.
