After taking a goal lead against FC Goa, Hyderabad FC unfortunately lost the match conceding two goals in last minutes of the match.
The Spanish head-coach Manuel Marquez addressed the media in post match press-conference.
Speaking about the game, Marquez said,
“It’s was my fault. It was the game which we were winning and totally controlling. In last minutes, FC Goa played perfectly as they made two shots on target and both were goals. We wanted to defend but in the action of free-kick, Ishan came in and scored a very good goal.”
“I am happy with the attitude of players on one side but we lost the game from bench because of substitutes. I was wrong in that decision,” he added.
Quoting on new signing Roland Alberg, coach said,
“I think he is the player that we need. We needed this kind of player in attacking-midfield. Hope he will join us soon after the quarantine.”
