The three Indian players to watch out for are Md.Irshad, Nishu Kumar, Rahul KP.

Md.Irshad, the Kerala born defender will be up against his native club and he had been performing consistently in SC East Bengal defense, he already bagged one Hero Of The Match award against Jamshedpur FC. He will be the player who will be responsible to stop Jordan Murray led Kerala Blasters attack. Nishu Kumar, one of the expensive buys in this season’s transfer window was one of the lethal weapons for Kibu Vicuña in the Blasters defense, he has the ability to operate from both the flanks, he can be a threat to the opponent’s defense. His swerving crosses into the box along with his powerful shooting accuracy will be a key weapon for Kibu Vicuña. Rahul KP was out for a while with injury, but he came back like a bang after a goal against Bengaluru FC. Now he will be the player to watch out for in the right flank for tonight’s match.

Three foreign players to watch out for:

The three foreign players to watch out for are Vicente Gómez, Jordan Murray, Jacques Maghoma.

Vicente Gómez has shown outstanding performance for Manjappada from scoring headers to leading the team from the front. He has already bagged one goal and one assist to his name, with a passing accuracy of 77%. Jordan Murray have started to click combining with Gary Hooper in the attacking third for the Blasters. They will look to gain back their momentum from this game. The deadly duo will look to take an advantage against the highest conceded defense. Jacques Maghoma –  the first ever goalscorer for SC East Bengal in the Indian Super League history will be eyeing to increase his goal scoring tally against Blasters. He had been a threat to the defenders, he can also pose the same threat tonight. 

Injuries

Kerala Blasters had an injury problem with Sahal Abdul Samad. But he is back to training. Kibu might not use him unless there’s a decisive situation in the match.

SC East Bengal will not get the service of Danny Fox and Sankar Roy.
