The disciplined defensive game of the Highlanders shattered a little bit an early lead by Kerala Blasters, who dominated the first 45minutes. However, the second half saw the rise of North East United. A game they could have lost gave them a point from the 2-2 draw. Let’s have a glance at the player ratings.

Subhasish Roy Chowdhury-6.5
NEUFC had a clean sheet against a star studded Mumbai City FC. However against KBFC,
Subhasish faced 3 shots in which two were converted into goals. He also had to face a penalty, which was perfectly netted by Garry Hooper. With a passing accuracy of 50% last night, we rate him a 6.5.

Ashutosh Mehta-7.5

The former Mariner was seen all in all against KBFC last night. He was seen marking the players perfectly and was also attacking. The right-back had a shot on target and completed 12 passes with 63% passing accuracy.

Benjamin Lambot-7.5

The Belgian wall captained the Highlanders last night and made 4 clearances from Blasters side. He completed 40 passes with an accuracy of 82% and had a decent game.

Dylan Fox-8.5

Fox tops our rating list today with the continuation of his performance in the last match. The number 16 also created a chance for his side, but could not convert it into the goal. He was also indulged in two fouls last night. With 85% passing accuracy, he completed 35 passes, we rate him 8.5

Gurjinder Kumar-7

Gurjinder had a decent game last night. He provided an assist for Idrissa Sylla’s goal and created 2 chances. The defender also earned a booking in the 72nd minute. He completed 44 passes with an accuracy of 90% and made two successful tackles.

Rakesh Pradhan -6

Pradhan played 45 minutes of the game and was indulged in 2 fouls. He completed 11 passes with 65% accuracy and made a single clearance.

Federico Gallego-7

Gallego created four chances last night, completing 20 passes with 57% accuracy. Not the best performance made by the Uruguayan who was replaced by Luis Machado in the 72nd minute.

Khasa Camara -7.5

Camara, who was the hero of the match against Mumbai was not up to the mark as he played his game with MCFC. With 90% passing accuracy, he completed 35 passes and managed to connect the forward line and the defence wall well.

Lalengmawia,Ninthoinganba Meetei- 7.5

The young colts played beautifully in the flanks with creating short and quick tackles and passes last night. Apuia made 2 clearances and had a passing accuracy of 70%. He also created a penalty chance for the team in the 64th minute, which Appiah failed to find the back of the net.
Ninthoi was in the field upto the 76th minute and was replaced by Rempuia.

Kwesi Appiah-6.5

Appiah could have made the scoreline in favour of the Highlanders if he scored that penalty in the 64th minute. The striker scored a goal in the 50th minute from Gallego’s corner. He was replaced in the 72nd minute by Idrissa Sylla. Appiah had 2 shots on target and completed 14 passes with 74% passing accuracy.

Luis Machado – 6.5
Coming in as a substitute, Luis Machado didn’t show his promising presence on the field. So we rate him 6.5

Britto PM, Rempuia Fanai -7
Both the Highlanders didn’t impact the game much but helped the team to attack more on opponents goals by keeping the possession.

Idrissa Sylla – 8
Sylla scored a crucial in 90th minute of the game. Out of two shots taken, one was off target while one was converted into a goal.
