Let’s take a look at how both sets of players fared in our ratings –
Amrinder Singh – 8
Amrinder had a decent night and pulled off tremendous save in the second half from Crivilaros left foot, his defence stayed solid which helped him immensely. The one goal he conceded was a tap in by Sylvestre and he had nothing much to do about it.
Amey Ranawade – 6.5
Chhangte’s pace was too hot for him attacks through the wings was not handled properly in the first half, he showed real potential and did break the mould and provided some key passes.
Mourtada Fall – 8.5
Mourtada Fall had an inspiring game at the back for Mumbai. The towering defender made one successful interception, two blocks and 13 clearances for his side on the night. He donned the role of a leader in defence and organised Mumbai’s backline besides also finishing with an impressive passing accuracy of 82%.

Hernan Santana – 8
He scored a brilliant header to level the scoring before half time and produced a solid performance in the first half at the backline but was substituted in the second half with a muscle pull.
Vignesh Dakshinamurthy – 7
Vignesh had a decent match and was instrumental when Chhangte switched wings and aided the center-backs when the ball was in the box, he also played some key passes to the midfield.
Rowllin Borges – 6.5
Rowlin was in disarray in the first half and regrouped himself later provided some key passes and some of the passes he produced were interrupted by the opposition.
Ahmed Jahouh – 8
Jahouh played a real physical game last night and he produced some crucial defensive interruption, he had a tussle with Sabia which earned him a yellow card.
Bipin Singh – 6.5
Bipin’s runs were interrupted by the Chennaiyin FC’s wing-backs and glory shots from him were way off the target, should have made more key passes.
Hugo Boumous – 8
Just another day for Hugo as he was instrumental in the Mumbai city attacks. He always seems like a player who has an extra second on the ball. He provided the assist for Le Fondre and Santana.
Adam Le Fondre – 8
Le Fondre scored the second goal and as always he played his heart out, a forward who is willing trackback and perform his defensive duties. In the first half, he was a little rusty on the ball but he turned the heat on in the second half.

M Rakip – 6.5, Tonodomba – 6, Ogbeche – 6.5, Mehtab – 7.5, Goddard – 7
