An own goal from SC East Bengal side and then later a solitary goal from Indian youngster Rochharzela made a very difference in a clash between two sides NorthEast United FC vs SC East Bengal. Under the guidance, the Gerard Nus, NorthEast United FC was successful to record their second win in four games while SC East Bengal continuously lost their third match of the season.

Gurmeet Singh – 8/10:

In absence of Subhasish Roy Choudhari, a decent performance from Gurmeet Singh was been seen as he was fortunate enough to be able to keep the clean sheet.

Ashutosh Mehta – 6/10:

Ashutosh Mehta was subbed off in half time which was unfortunate to see. It wasn’t the best of his game but he will make an impact on upcoming games.

Mashoor Shereef – 7.5/10:

Alongside Lambot at the back, Shereef started the game and had a very decent performance as he stood tall ensuring that the team doesn’t concede the goal.

Benjamin Lambot – 8.5/10:

Lambot was rock solid at the back of Northeast United FC defense. He made 14 clearances and 3 successful tackles doing his job very well in handling the attacks from SC East Bengal and bagged the award of Hero of the Match.

Gurijinder Kumar – 7.5/10:

Gurjinder hasn’t been the name that impressed the most till now but made a few vital clearances and tackles and helping the team with his overlapping runs.

Lalengmawai – 7.5/10:

Lalengmawai made crucial contributions in attack from the midfield as the young lad impressed making runs on the wings and made 2 shots towards goal but neither of them went into the net.

Khassa Camara – 7.5/10:

Camara has been the key player in midfield as he takes up the responsibility of controlling the ball possession. Playing the full match, Camara created two chances.

Luis Machado – 7/10:

Machado was another player who had quite a good game in the night. His efforts to block SC East Bengal players in the midfield area itself were very appreciable.

N. Meetai – 8/10:

Ninthoinganba Meetai played a master role on wings as he was successful in putting 7 crosses into the box and also created 2 chances. Without any doubt, Meetai was an attention holder being impressed with his touches.

Idrissa Sylla – 7.5/10:

Sylla showed his dominance in the team in the final third as he was able to put more pressure on SC East Bengal defenders. Unfortunately, the goal wasn’t registered in his name,

Kwesi Appiah – 7.5/10:

The man who scored two goals for Northeast United FC till now this season had a decent game. But, he didn’t succeed to find the net not deliver an assist but still showed his impact in the game.

Replacing Shereed in defence, Dylan Fox played his role very well. Suhair VP made an astonishing assisting cross to Rochharzela, for scoring the goal in added time.
