The competition was arranged by Himachal Pradesh Football Association, powered by IBISA. Four teams Techtro Swadesh United, Manas FC, Khad FC, and Northern Football Academy participated and the format was double-legged league matches. The matches were held at Khad Football Stadium, Khad.

Techtro Swadesh United FC registered a 7-0 win both times over Manas FC, which gave them a massive advantage in the goal difference. The team kept the momentum going on as they managed to beat both Northern Football Academy and Khad FC once each, while one match each against them was drawn. After 6 matchdays, with 14 points and a +18 goal difference, the team remained unbeaten throughout the tournament. Northern Football Academy finished second in the table with 11 points.

Himachal Women's League

This was a huge platform for us as a club. We wanted to make sure we develop in every front of the football. This year our men’s team has been nominated for I League 2nd division and qualifying for the IWL playoff in girls’ football is icing on the top. This is a great achievement for our club in its first year. We would try our level best to qualify for the final round and continue developing football in Himachal Pradesh,” said Neeraj Kholiya, founder of the club.

Earlier this year, the TSUFC men’s team finished as the runners-up in Himachal League, which made them eligible to enter the upcoming I-League 2nd division.

“This league has been the wave of change for girl’s football in Himachal Pradesh. This kind of platform and such huge scope of opportunity has never been seen by the girls of Himachal Pradesh. Kudos to IBISA for pulling this off in a grand manner, in such a short time. I thank every stakeholder of football in this state and AIFF for making it a grand success,” quoted Deepak Sharma, Secretary of Himachal Pradesh Football Association.
