Montenegrin midfielder Nemanja Nikolic has been the latest hot prospect in the transfer market among different Indian Super League clubs. As per sources, Jamshedpur FC are leading the race of securing this player. At a time when Indian clubs are in hunt for quality midfielders, Nikolic can be a missing piece in the puzzle.
The 32 year old was born in Montenegro and he decided to represent Montenegro in international football and went on to play 13 matches for his country.
The former BATE Borisov player currently plys his trade in Serbian Top Tier club Voždovac. He started his professional footballing career way back in 2006 when he made his debut for Red Star Belgrade. He played for clubs like BATE Borisov, Hapoel Tel Aviv after his debut in professional football. The Voždovac player started his second stint with the club when he joined Voždovac side in 2019. Previously Nikolic played for Voždovac in 2017 season.
Nemanja Nikolic can bring a handful of experience to Indian football if he eventually comes to play in India.
