Tony Grant – The referring decisions are always against us

Hyderabad FC’s gaffer Manolo Marquez shared his thoughts on the match and said,

“We are satisfied because we equalised at the last moment but, I think that again in the first half, we were not able to score before the opponent and decide the game. In the second half we shot the post and in the counter-attack, the first time they arrived, they scored. But, we got one important point.”

“Currently for me, East Bengal have the best squad in the league. I think we are playing very good practically all season. With all the respect to East Bengal, I know they started their season very late. I think they deserve more points in the table as they have been playing very good,” he added.

Hyderabad FC will play three more matches where the team is currently battling FC Goa and NorthEast United FC for the playoff spot. The Spaniard said,

“Now it is the near end of the competition because there are only three games left. Of course, it’s very difficult to win the games in this phase. Our fixture schedule is very difficult in comparison to other teams, as I think. I am very proud and satisfied because we are in the fight for the top-four and only three games to play.”

Manolo Marquez signed off.
