Cole Alexander (Odisha FC) –
Odisha FC has signed Cole Alexander on a two-year deal. Being a youth graduate of Hellenic FC, Alexander made his professional debut for Ajax Cape Town in 2008. Later he represented numerous other South African clubs like Vasco Da Gama, Chippa United, Polokwana City, and SuperSport United. He also featured in the national team six times. Before joining Odisha FC, he made 73 appearances for Bidvest Wits FC.
Alexander expressed his excitement saying, “I am extremely delighted to join Odisha FC and play in the ISL. It will be great to play under Coach Stuart Baxter and I can’t wait to meet my teammates.” His signing for Odisha FC makes him the first-ever South African player to play at the highest level of football in India.
