He is a product of the youth systems of Manchester United, Blackburn Rovers and Preston North End. He has been a prime part of clubs like Blackburn Rovers, Huddersfield Town, Norwich City, Cardiff City, Wigan Athletic and so on. He also represents Republic of Ireland at international level and to date has won 9 caps. He has a very vast experience of playing in Premier League, FA Cup, EFL Championship, EFL Trophy, EFL League Two, EFL Cup, EFL League Two Play-Offs, EFL League One Play-Offs and Premier Reserve League. The player will add onto the immense versatility of the squad as he is strong in taking long shots, taking set-pieces, taking direct free-kicks, crossing and so on. Jacques Ilonda Maghoma is a Congolese left flank player who has plied with highly reputed clubs like Tottenham Hotspur, Burton Albion, Sheffield Wednesday, and Birmingham City. He has also been a part of the DR Congo national team. Maghoma started his career with Tottenham Hotspur and has also played with Burton Albion and Sheffield Wednesday, where was the player of the season for the year 2012-13. With Birmingham City, he spent five seasons, and was their player of the year for 2017-18. Maghoma was first capped internationally for DR Congo in 2010.  He has also been a part of EFL Championship, EFL League Two, FA Cup, EFL Cup, EFL League Two Play-Offs, EFL Trophy. With such a vast experience and familiarity in and with the English style of playing football, the versatile dribbler will be a strong addition to the former Liverpool and English legend Robbie Fowler’s side.
