One of the club officials that had approached to secure the player exclusively quoted to IFTWC,

“Himanshu Jangra has offers of multiple years with a promise of being a regular starter in the later years. The clubs are interested for a long time, but an unusual stubbornness from the player’s parent club is blocking the deals, which, if otherwise, could turn out to be fruitful for the youngster.”

“The clubs that have approached has high regards for the player’s talent but disappointed with the conduct of the parent club. It’s very unnatural for a player who has not featured in the top two flights of the country last season to get such propitious offers that result in a let-down.”

From a close source to this development, IFTWC can confirm that the Himanshu Jangra has had offers from three ISL clubs – two that offered to buy the player directly, one that offered to take the player in on loan with an option of securing him permanently.
