Mohun Bagan is not only a football club, it’s a emotion for it’s millions of fans all over the country. The club was established on 15 August 1889 by Bhupendra Nath Bose and is one of the oldest existing association football club in India and Asia. The club plays in the I-League under licence from the All India Football Federation (AIFF) and recently merged with ATK. Mohun Bagan was the first Indian club to win the prestigious IFA Shield defeating East Yorkshire Regiments in the final in 1919.
They have won the top-flight leagues 5 times, the National Football League 3 times and the I-League twice. Mohan Bagan won their second I League title under the guidance of coach Kibu Vicuña this season.

Debjit Majumder : Goalkeeper
Savejit as he is know as for his shotstoping ability. He was intregal in that setup. His heroics in the goal saved them many games. After his stellar performances in the I League, He moved to ISL with ATK. Again his heroics in the final penalty shootout helped ATK to lift the trophy for second time. Currently he is loaned to Mohun Bagan.
Pritam Kotal : Defender
One of the most versatile footballer in Indian now, During his youth playing career, Kotal played as a defensive midfielder. During his Pailan Arrows spell, he started to play in all three positions in defense, especially right back and left back. Kotal is however adjusted to playing in the middle as well if needed. He joined Atk in the ISL and later was transferred to Delhi dynamos. He also played for FC Pune City and currently plays for ISL Champions ATK .
Kingshuk Debnath : Defender
The highly experienced stopper back started his football journey in the local Srirampur league at the age of 15. The no nonsense defender has shared dressing room with Josemi, who is a former Liverpool player. He appeared for East Bengal FC most recently.
Bello Razaq : Defender
The definsive rock from Nigeria was pivotal in defense for Mohan Bagan that season. He first established himself in Indian football while playing for United SC. He contributed a lot to the success of United SC during 2012–14. Later he won the I League with Mohan Bagan and recently played for Aryan in Kolkata league.
