Jamshedpur FC have officially announced the signing of Jakichand Singh.
Jackichand Singh is all set to don Jamshedpur FC’s jersey after serving FC Goa for 2 long years. The 28 year old Indian winger made a lot of heads turn because of his stellar show for the Gaurs in the recently concluded season. He managed to add 5 goals and 3 assists to his name and did ever so well for the Gaurs which also helped them to finish at the top of the table.
Sergio Lobera always trusted and gave chances to the Indian winger and it won’t be wrong to say that Jacki absolutely capitalised on all of those chances. He has made 19 appearances for the Blue Tigers as well but still hasn’t done what he does best for Goa.
There were many other clubs who were looking to sign Jackichand but he decided to move to Jamshedpur FC for new challenges. Jackichand is a quality Indian forward who almost has everything that a player needs to play at the highest level.
Jamshedpur finished 8th in the recently concluded season and it looks like they are very focused and determined to do better next season and have their hands on the silverware with the kind of players they are currently looking to sign. They have struggled offensively but Jacki’s signing can solve this problem for them.
